Scott Nelson

Scott has over 24 years' experience in the construction industry across a variety of roles including site and project management positions. He has experience on a broad range of projects including health and medical research, residential, aged care, retail, sports and community, educational, and commercial. Since forming ILP Consulting in 2009, he has provided services and advice to clients on over 1000 projects.

With a combination of high-level qualifications and both contractor and client side experience, Scott understands all aspects of the construction process. In addition to providing project management and superintendent services, he's also skilled in stakeholder management, reporting, and overall management of delivery to achieve project objectives.

Scott has been engaged to provide independent expert advice and reports on delay disputes, and provides clients with a range of project services including acting as superintendent, planning, claims management and resolution, and contract drafting.
